Our Return Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your products, you may return it within 15 days of shipment for a credit. The returned item must be unused, fully functional, undamaged and in its original packaging in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions for returning the item. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the package. Ship the item to the address provided
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Refund Process
As your order is 100% unique and custom-made for you, we cannot offer refunds. If you have a problem with your final product, please email us and we’ll do our best to make sure you’re happy. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, let us know and we’ll send out a replacement as fast as possible! Note that while we do not refund faulty orders, we do replace them as quickly as we can.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability of the desired item. Exchanges are subject to the same return eligibility criteria as refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
